Dependent life insurance is an optional benefit that provides coverage for an employee’s spouse and dependent children. Coverage is available only in conjunction with employee Life and AD&D coverage. Each child age 6 months to 21 years is eligible, as well as unmarried dependent children up to 25 years of age if they are a full-time student and fully supported by the covered employee.
