    Sue TylerExecutive Vice President

    Sue Tyler provides executive leadership to the life insurance group of Consumers Life Insurance Company. Sue also has responsibility for the strategic planning area and a consolidated operations unit serving the entire Medical Mutual family of companies.  She joined Medical Mutual in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer. Sue holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master’s degree in business administration from Case Western Reserve University.


  • Bob Stevenson, FLMI

    Bob StevensonVice President of Life Underwriting and Administration

    Bob is responsible for the management of the Life Group Operations including underwriting, claims, policy administration and customer service. Bob has over 28 years of experience in the group ancillary market, most recently serving as Vice President of Group Underwriting and Administration for American United Life. Bob earned his bachelor's and master's degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University

  • Neeley Klubert

    Neeley KlubertManager of Life Sales & Marketing

    Neeley manages the life sales team, responsible for introducing life and related products to Medical Mutual representatives and brokers. Prior to joining the life group in 2007, she worked at Guardian and Hartford as service consultant in group life, short and long-term disability sales. Neeley’s bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications and Marketing is from Bowling Green State University. Neeley is a licensed insurance agent.

  • Mary Crivello

    Mary CrivelloDirector of Underwriting Operations

    Mary is responsible for the management of the underwriting department and the development and maintenance of the proposal and renewal system for life products. Mary has over 35 years of experience in the group ancillary market. Prior to joining the life group, she worked for Medical Life/Ft. Dearborn for 13 years managing their underwriting area. She possesses an ALMI and ACS designation. 


  • Lori Gallagher

    Lori GallagherManager of Policy Administration

    Lori is responsible for new business processing, issuance of policies and certificates and coordination of enrollment and billing. She has 14 years experience in the group insurance field. Prior to joining the life group, Lori worked for MMO for 10 years as sales representative in the Small Group Market. Lori attended Indiana Wesleyan University.



     

  • Shari Waple

    Shari WapleManager of Claims and Customer Service

    Shari is responsible for the management of the claims and customer service areas. Shari’s experience includes 18 years with Medical Life/Ft. Dearborn in the claims area most recently managing their claims operation. Prior to joining the life group, Shari worked in MMO Human Resources Dept. She possesses the HIA, ACS, ALHC and HCAFA designations.




  • Matthew Budenz, CPA, FLMI

    Matthew BudenzManager of Finance

    Matt earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, from Miami University (Ohio). Prior to joining the life group, Matt was part of MMO’s corporate finance team. He is a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs.
